Our Mission
Provide leadership to the cadets of CCREA (6th-12th grade) by being a good Leader, Teacher, Mentor and Role model in a regimented environment. Provide a safe, structured atmosphere, which builds self-esteem, confidence and positive values, which will allow the cadets to achieve their goals. Growth and maturity within the program is an on-going process for staff and cadets alike.
Success is measured by the end product:
"Do the cadets believe they can succeed in achieving their goals and be a productive member of the community?"
If we succeed in our mission, the cadets can succeed in theirs.
